As Spring and Summer approach so too does the season of outdoor exploration! Starting April 8th we will be offering an 8-week hiking-prep series programmed to focus on movements directly transferable to the mountain! While our regular strength and conditioning classes promote the functional athleticism to tackle many adventures outside the gym, this class will dive further into single leg strength, balance, and loading mechanics to help build those hiking legs and prevent injuries. Whether you are looking to tackle new heights or hit the trails for the first time, we want to equip you with the knowledge and tools to stay safe and have fun!
